Los materiales que utilizamos en nuestras construcciones son de excelente calidad, ya que nuestros productos se utilizan principalmente a la interperie, a merced de vientos, lluvia sol y nieve.

Las maderas que utilizamos proceden de talas ecológicas de las zonas tropicales del sudeste asiatico, utilizamos siempre maderas solidas o macizas y nunca laminadas, eso le confiere a nuestros productos una resistencia y durabilidad mayor.

LA MADERA

Las maderas que usulamente utilizamos son de primera calidad y resistencia, tropicales procedentes de talas ecológicas y con un proceso de secado en horno de 2 meses:

Bankirai, Merbau y Teka.

BANKIRAI

Origen: Sureste asiático.
Características: El color y la composición pueden variar según la zona donde haya crecido el árbol. Al ser una madera de dureza media-alta, resiste durante muchos años los efectos del clima adverso, sin requerir un mantenimiento especial. Además, para aumentar su grado de durabilidad, antes de ser embalada es tratada con aceite.
Mantenimiento: La decoloración es una de sus propiedades naturales. Para conservar su color, se recomienda limpiar el mueble con una brocha y un producto especial para limpiar madera. Luego ha de aplicarse aceite o un producto de protección adecuado, como sellador para maderas tropicales.

 THE WOOD
The wood that usulamente use is:

BANKIRAI
Origin: Asian South-east.
Characteristics: The color and the composition can change according to the zone where the tree has grown. A wood of hardness average - discharge, it(he,she) resists the being for many years the effects of the adverse climate, without needing a special maintenance. Besides, to increase his(her,your) degree of permanence, before being packed it(she) is treated by oil.
Maintenance: The discoloration is one of his(her,your) natural properties. To preserve his(her,your) color, one recommends to clean the furniture with a brush and a special product to clean wood. Then oil or a protection product has to be applied adapted, since(as,like) sellador for tropical wood.

 

TEKA

 

Origen: Birmania, Tailandia e Indonesia.
Características: Esta madera es muy resistente y duradera, gracias a las sustancias aceitosas que la componen.
Mantenimiento: La madera de teka aguanta durante muchos años las condiciones climáticas desfavorables, casi sin ningún tratamiento. Limpiar con un cepillo -con agua y jabón- suele ser suficiente.
La teca es una madera tropical que se obtiene del árbol del mismo nombre. Su origen es el sudeste asiático. Posteriormente fue plantada en el Oeste de África, en América Central y en el Caribe. Estas últimas plantaciones datan del siglo XX.

TEKA
Madeira of teka (Tectona grandis)

Origin: Burma, Thailand and Indonesia.
Characteristics: This wood is very resistant and lasting, thanks to the oily substances that compose it.
Maintenance: The wood of teka bears for many years the climatic unfavorable conditions, almost without any treatment. To clean with a brush - with water and soap - is in the habit of being sufficient.
The teak is a tropical wood that is obtained of the tree of the same name. His(her,your) origin is the Asian southeast. Later it was planted on the West of Africa, on Central America and on the Carib. The latter plantations date back of the XXth century.

 

MERBAU

NOMBRE BOTÁNICO:
INTSIA BIJUGA O.KTZE

NOMBRES COMERCIALES:

PROCEDENCIA:
Se encuentra en el sudeste de Asia y en Oceanía. Sus masas forestales son estables. Su producción también es estable( aunque limitada) y su exportación es escasa.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA MADERA:
El color de la madera de albura es amarillo pálido, algunas veces presenta reflejos verdosos, y el del duramen varía del gris-marrón al marrón oscuro. La madera se oscurece al ser expuesta a la luz. La madera de albura esta claramente diferenciada. El parenquina es de color claro y le confiere unas figuras típicas. Contiene depósitos sulfurosos de color amarillo. Produce manchas en contacto con materiales férricos y en condiciones húmedas puede provocar la corrosión sobre dichos materiales, y en ocasiones su superficie puede ser algo aceitosa.

DURABILIDAD NATURAL E IMPREGNABILIDAD:
Es una madera clasificada como muy durable o durable frente a la acción de los hongos y medianamente durable frente a las termitas. La madera de albura es sensible a los hongos y a los insectos xilófagos.
